RETURNS POLICY (退換貨政策)

You must within 3 days of receipt give notice to us about the return, state clearly your invoice number, what you are returning and the reason(s) why you are returning the item(s).

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided within 7 days (except public holiday) of receiving our reply.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund or a one-time exchange.

The item(s) should be in original condition, with all hue of s and brand tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to you via shipment with freight to be collected at destination.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping cost.

During our sale season, products marked Special Price cannot be returned or exchanged.
