DELIVERY
Free Local Parcel Delivery service applies to all orders over HKD300 and ​is only applicable to Home or Office Addresses in Hong Kong, excluding Park Island, Discovery Bay and outlying island as well as restricted areas.
Non-Hong Kong shipping needs quoting on a case-by-case basis.
All prices shown on product and listing pages exclude duty and/or tax.
Order(s) that cannot meet the free shipping terms shipping cost will be calculated proportionally depends on the weight of packet. Packages will generally be dispatched within 72 hours after receipt of payment and shipped via SF Express or Hong Kong Post with tracking number and register which need signature and this a default option. Speed Post (2 business days delivery) is also available. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

RETURNS POLICY
All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Buyer pays the return shipping cost.
Refund(s) is only accepted within 14 days upon receiving your order(s).
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all hue of s and brand tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.
During our sale season, products marked Special Price cannot be returned or exchanged.
