Free Local Parcel Delivery applies to every order over HKD400 and is only applicable to Home or Office Addresses in Hong Kong.

Non-Hong Kong shipping needs quoting on a case-by-case basis.

All prices shown on the website and listing pages exclude duty and/or tax.

Order(s) that cannot meet the free shipping terms shipping cost will be calculated proportionally depends on the weight of packet and the related handling charges. Packages will generally be dispatched within 3 business days after receipt of payment and shipped via SF Express or Hong Kong Post with tracking number. 

Under public holiday and/or unexpected outbreak of riot, strike, natural disasters or adverse weather conditions may cause delay in delivery.

Delivery time to destination depends on the Carrier such as Hong Kong Post and the Carrier shall have the final decision.
